    The New Madrid County Family Resource Center works to make communities in New Madrid County stronger through programs that bring community leaders, residents and others together. Through state and local partnerships, several programs are available to bring opportunities in education, employment, health issues and more.



Provides services for people with disablilities; through 4 core services: information and referral, advocacy, peer support and skills training. Also assist with home modification, personal care attendant, and transportation.

Building Blocks

Nurse - Family partnership. Provides home visits by registered nurses to first time low income births, low income mothers which begin prior to the 28th week of pregnancy and continues until the child reaches its 2nd birthday.

MPACT (Missouri Parents Act)

Provides training and information for parents with children with disabilities. Ensure all children with special needs receive an education which allows them to achieve their personal goals. We help with IEP's, Section 504, IDEA, Transition and anything related to children being served in public schools with disabilities or special needs.
